Start with the right responsibilities.
Owner Vitaliy Sulakov provides in-house residential drafting and plan coordination. We can also build from your plans or coordinate an independent architect or designer. Any required licensed architectural or engineering services are scoped separately.

The initial conversation is free. Detailed planning has a separately quoted fee and scope. Construction follows a separate fixed-price agreement for the agreed work.

Building on established relationships.
GSP is a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Spartanburg and the National Association of Home Builders.
We work with Builders FirstSource for lumber and selected building materials. Material specifications and purchasing decisions are agreed for each project.

With the client’s permission, share the build town, land status, plan direction, intended construction investment and target timing. Add the question that would make an initial conversation useful.
