Request service

Help us understand the issue.

Send the details you have. Clear photographs and a short description help identify the right next conversation.

  1. Your name, phone number and home or project reference.
  2. What you noticed, where it is and when it first appeared.
  3. Photos showing the overall location and a close-up, when safe to take.
  4. Whether the issue is active or changing, and any immediate concern.
  5. Suitable contact times and any access arrangements for a visit.

Our aftercare routine

Know what happens next.

Within one business day

Our target is to acknowledge your routine service request within one business day of receiving it.

Within two business days

Our target is to provide a next-step plan within two business days of receiving your request. Repair dates are arranged individually for the issue, access and any trade or material needs.

30-day and 11-month check-ins

We offer check-ins around 30 days and 11 months after handover to discuss your home and any open items. We arrange the dates with you.

These are routine service targets. Check-in timing does not establish a warranty coverage period.

Next steps

Keep the issue and the next action connected.

Vitaliy is your point of contact for the request and any coordination with the relevant trade or supplier. Assessment, coverage and repair arrangements depend on the issue and the documents for your home.

When you speak with us, confirm the next action, who is responsible and when you should expect the next update. Keep the email thread and any appointment details with your home records.

For immediate danger, call 911 or the relevant utility emergency service. The routine service email is not an emergency response service.

Your home records

Keep the written terms with the home.

Keep your signed construction agreement, any written warranty supplied for your project, product documents and service records together. Contact Vitaliy to review the records applicable to your home and clarify coverage questions.

The response targets and check-in schedule on this page do not define or change your warranty coverage.
